Got my pulse plan a few months ago and was told that I can get spotify premium for free, so I recently downloaded the app and activated through fidohub as well. However, my subscription on spotify is still "free".. I re-installed the app many times but can't seem to link my fido account to spotify. Can anyone help?

Once you received the text message with the code, you'll need to go back to fidohub.ca and enter the access code. After accepting the terms and conditions, you'll have the option to log into Spotify. Have you done this?
You'll also need to do this on the Fido network and not on Wi-Fi.
