Problem with my Spotify Premium

I have had spotify premium with fido for over 2 years now and all of a suden, after updating my phone's software, it shows that I no longer have premium in my acount and does not show any sign of ever having it, I was supposed to have it with my plan. why is it not working anymore?

If you had the Spotify Premium promotion for over 2 years, it could mean it has expired.

 

The promotion, in your case, was for 24 months

 

If you go on FidoHub.ca, are you able to activate it back?
