Problem with my Spotify Premium

Hi, I've recently changed from Telus to Fido on a Pulse plan and I cannot figure out how to get the free 6m month Spotify premium thing. I've read that I have to go onto : fidohub.ca. but that site is simply not working.

Did  get a chance to verify if you have a Pulse plan right now?

 

The free 6 months subscription only works with those plans.
