Problem with Samsung Galaxy Q screen (Have a display but not tactile)

Hi,

It's not my first Galaxy Q but this is a first for me.

Everything was working fine until yesterday. The screen stoppped responding (had a display but couldn't use it as a tactle screen) when the keyboard was closed but was working when it was opened. I had to turn off my phone and when I turned it back on, the screen still had a display but wouldn't respond to my touch anymore no matter if the keyboard was in or out. I tried a factory reset. It worked when the keyboard was opened and then wouldn't respond again after I turned it off and back on again.

I had the problem with the flex cable before with a previous phone but also had a black screen associated with it. This time I'm not sure.

Definitely seems hardware-related. Prehaps the flex cable again? It may not be "as bad" as a black screen on your previous phone, but it may cause such behavior.
