Problem subscribing to Email to Text

I tried subscribing to Fido's Email to Text service but got this message:

 

System error: Duplicate devices encountered.

 

What does this message mean?

Hello Car48,

When did you get this message exactly? While clicking on My Fido mail on My Account?

Have you tried on another browser and to clear your cache and cookies? Please let know so that I can look into it with you.

Just to check: do you get this error message online, once logged into MyAccount?

 

Have you tested this out on another web browser? (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, etc.)

 

Last thing: I'd suggest to clear your cahced files + delete the cookies from the web browser, before trying again.
