Hello,

I am wondering does FIdo offer price matching?

I went into a 2-year smart plan agreement on Nov 9th 2015, and got the Samsung S5 for $300. However, i noticed Fido is offering the same for $250 today.

Is there price matching for this?

Hey @thisismereally! If the price of the phone changes within the satisfaction guarantee (first 15 days), we can adjust it.

If you bought the phone on November 9th, the satisfaction guarantee has already expired.
