I have an annual prepaid plan. It looks like I will use up my balance before my automatic annual top up. When I go to top up online there is an option to automatically top up when my balance falls below $1. The amount of the top up is $10 for 30 days. Does that mean that any balance left over at the end of 30 days will expire if I don't top up again? Or will the $10 stay on my account until the balance falls below $1 or my automatic annual top up comes up?

I am so sorry for the mix-up but in this case, if you had added $100 for an annual validity period, the system will take the original expiry date into consideration.
Anytime you make a refill, it’s the furthest expiry date that is always kept in priority.

Hey @phastin,
Welcome to the Community.
In this case, the balance would expire within 30 days.
I hope this helps clear things up a little.
