Prepaid plan is not working

I got my fido prepaid plan about 5 days ago which I thought was there's no limitation for texting and calling and 1GB limitation for 3G date. However from yesterday, I can't use none of your service suddenly. I can't use internet, call or text. I also bought $30 refill voucher at 7/11 and it didn't work either. I understand if I use too much 3G date, then I cant use data anymore unless I refill my account. but for texting and calling, am I not supposed to have umlimited service for 30 days??

Do you mean that you are on our $60 per month prepaid plan? When you subscribed to this plan, did you top up your account with enough to cover the full balance for the plan?
