Prepaid plan didn't go through

I refilled my prepaid account for $15+tax and that all went well. But then I decided to add another $10+tax for calling purposes. However, when the transaction was happening my Fido account page said there was an error and the $10 was not added to my account, but the money was taken from my bank account. Does anyone have any insight?

If a refill didn't work, it is usually returned to your bank account or credit card shortly.
