Prepaid account setup?

trying to connect, they send me a code, I enter code and the code doesn't work. Sooooo, I can't have access to my account online. I've tried this about a month ago and it worked. I don't know why it's asking me to connect again and send me another code.

 

THIS is ridiculous and when you call customer service, they don't know what you are talking about.

You can't get access to your account on Fido.ca? Are you getting an error message?
