My father had a pay by the minute $100 pre-paid phone and was switched to a $10/month plan last month. He didn't realize that it was switched as only a text message was sent to his phone. He has the phone only for emergency calls when he is out of the house and can't find a pay phone. Is it possible to change the plan back to pay per minute?
