Hello, I recently switched from Rogers to Fido when I got a new Samsung G7. Familiar topic it seems - the value pack Premium Voicemail to text is not working, i just get the "Msg notice" in my text box. From previous threads I wonder if I too am a victim of this nefarious 'mini-mail' setting. Tried calling customer service a few times but don't have the 2-hr wait times to waste so hoping there's another way to fix this

Hi thanks for responding... as far as i can tell my data is enabled... Settings\Connections\Data usage\Mobile data = ON. I can't find anything else under Settings that refers to "Data enabled". Also, I've received group texts which are in MMS format.
Is there anything else I can try?
