Ported number -- nothing working

I just got my number ported from Virgin to Fido but now I can't access my voicemail or make outgoing calls. I can't even dial *611 so I have no phone and it's stressing me out since I'm expecting several important calls.

 

I'm on a monthly plan (not pre-paid) and using an iPhone 6. Please help. Thank you.

Everytime I make an outgoing call it says "The number you have called has not been assigned". This includes 611 and voicemail. PLEASE HELP!
