Ported number is not working

Ported number is not working

I have recently ported my number from koodo prepaid to fido prepaid and I cannot or recieve make any calls and send or recieve text messages. I also had a plan on the fido sim I hope it can be transfered to the new number. Can anyone help please? 
P.S My balance online says "OH-OH!
Some error occurred. Please try again later"

Did you verify if the number is ported yet? It can take up t o 7 business days maximum before the number is ported in.

I did get a verification text and the ported number shows up online on my account.
