Poblem activating Spotify Premium

i recently got a new phone number and when i try to link my current nuber to get spotify premium it gives me an error since its still connected to my old account.

Can you clarify if you changed phone number? Or did you activate a new number altogether and now trying to transfer the Premium subscription from one line to the other?
