I want to change my plan monthly plan to the prepaid plan. I have been trying to call customer service on the phone but the never get through because waiting time is over 2 hours. Can I do it myself on the Fido.ca wed site and how? Thank you.
Never able to reach anyone on the phone keep saying that waiting time is over 2-3 hours. It’s really ridiculous have to wait for such a long time. Very horrible customer service for such a big company. Can I do it online? I just want a simple answer.
