Hello,
I currently have a Fido Pulse BYOP Plan with no contract. I am trying to change my plan to the $55 BYOP Plan with 3 GB and unlimited nationwide minutes. I would also like to take advantage of the $120 credit (over 12 months) for starting a new BYOP plan. I have tried to change my plan online, but an error message appears asking me to contact Fido. Please help!
