Hello ,
I had a 2 year contract for a PULSE 15 (45$/month) plan and since my contract is over i tried to change it to a 35$/month "bring your own phone" plan but each time i try to do that i get this error :
In fact i tried with another plan ( a PULSE 7 plan) and i got the same error .
What should i do about it ?

@AGabtni Look like the website is having problems, try a different browser or try clearing your browser cache if the problem is still there then a moderator here can help you or you can call customer service.
