I'm trying to find details of my phone usage (history) to verify my bill. It is somewhere I know.....but after trying for 20 minutes I'm done.
Why can't ONE BUTTON that says "Phone usage details" be there for our convenience???? I think I've had it with Fido.

You can track your usage on Fido.ca under My Account. Simply select the Services tab.
You can also download Fido My Account applications or simply dial *3337 from your phone to get an up to date usage.
You can also download/save your bill as a pdf and it will have the full details for that month with all the charges.
