Phone upgrade

I upgraded my phone and when the price dropped further i called in to get a price match. It was confirmed that the price match request has been sent through and i will see a credit towards the account. It has been over a month and i do not see any sort of credit. I called multiple times spoke to multiple people and no one has an answer! when will i see a credit?

Hey @zahed, the adjustment should be on the next bill. When does your cycle end?

Hello Rachel,
The billing cycle ends on 4th of the month. I paid my last bill in full ad the new bill has no adjustments.
