Hey there,

 

I recently switched to Fido about a week or so ago with no problems whatsoever. Yesterday my phone started showing Unregistered SIM and now cannot receive texts or call.

 

Is there a solution for this?

Is that an unlocked phone you are using with us? Which model of phone is it?

Are you the original buyer of the phone?

Hi!

 

Yes, I unlocked my phone to switch to Fido, it was done through Rogers. I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and am the original buyer, yes!

I have a Samsung Note 4 and my phone is locked to FIDO. My phone shows the message 'Unregistered Sim'. Please help!

Have you activated your SIM card yet?

 

Did you try removing it and placing it back in the phone?

Yest I did try removing it and placing it back. I'm still experiencing the issue. I believe my SIM was activated in store in September 2015

This SIM card is active.

 

I've reset the signal on my end. Can you please remove the SIM card from the phone and place it back in?
