Hey guys, looking for help here. I was in Canada in December and January and signed up for a 6 GB Sim. I was told it would be reoccuring monthly until I cancelled, which I planned to donate the end of January. However a week later my phone was stolen from the hostel. I went to a Fido store and cancelled my sim card the next day. Was told all was fine and I'd only been charged the initial month. However I'm now back in Australia and have just received an email saying I somehow owe them $342 for december, January and now February. Which makes no sense, seeing as December was already paid and was supposed to be $85 for 45 days, and they should have cut the Sim off after that anyway. Worried the charge will keep building up unless I do something about it which is difficult from Australia. Cheers.
