Phone repair: It has been 3 months and it is way over the estimated time.

My phone, google nexus 5, was not properly working so I went to the Fido store for a repair. The man in the shop kindly said yes and has offered me a loaner phone so I took it. Then, 2 months later I asked the store, "Why isn't my phone still fixed?" and the answer coming back was "We don't know where your phone is.".

Then a month later, I called the store again and the answer was same. My question is "Why isn't my phone fixed?". Can I have this question answered ASAP because I need my old phone back.

Hi @joshua1230 & welcome to the Community!

The delay for phone repairs is 10 business days. That said, it's definitely odd that your phone hasn't been returned and that you haven't gotten any updates. I'll send you a private message so we can take a closer look into this.
