I have 3 phones lines with fido. Let's call them A, B and C.
I would like to open up a new line D with another provider and transfer C's phone number to it. However, I don't want to lose my C grandfathered plan. That's why I would like to get B's phone number transfered to the C account.
B is also a grandfathered plan that I don't want to lose, so I would like to transfer A's phone number to it.
The only plan I want to let go is A.
Would this work?
Thanks

Hey Pirate!
We're not able to transfer your grandfathered plans to other lines in your account because those plans are no longer offered and thus are not available anymore.
If you port out your number, the line, along with the plan, will be closed.
Hey @Pirate. That'a actually a great question.
Since it's quite a technical request you have, I think your best option would be to directly ask an agent at Fido (call or chat). They'll be able to respond and clear this out. Good luck with this !!!
