I've changed my phone number from Ontario to Alberta area code. I did it online so I don't have to pay any fee for this.
However now my balance is gone and my plan has changed as well. I cannot change anything in my account online anymore and my phone's not working (calling or texting's not working due to insufficient balance - where did it go?). I was supposed to get a confirmation email from Fido but it never came.
Does anybody have any idea what went wrong? Where's my balance gone and why is the service not working?
It is a pre-paid plan.
