Phone-less for 3 days

Much like many other Fido customers I have been unable to reach anyone..the 1-888 number/live chat/fb messenger/fido community DM.

 

I just need the unlock code to get the phone I purchased from Fido unlocked. I have been unable to use my phone for 3 days..and counting.

I'm in the same boat - need the code to unlock my device. Got a flight later in the evening today and have been trying to reach someone since Saturday. I don't doubt how chaotic it must be on the lines but I'm feeling stressed and wish this could have been done in store (despite there being a line, you do get to speak to a Fido rep) if not over the phone.

I couldn’t agree more..wish they could do this in store.

 

Maybe I will send a carrier pigeon next...
