Phone Order No Comfirmation

Hello. I ordered a Huawei Mate 20 Pro with a 2 year medium plan last Friday on 12/28/18. It has been 5 days now, and I have not yet received a confirmation of my order and I checked all my email boxes. I do see the transaction and the change of my phone plan, just not the phone order itself. Is there a way to confirm that the order is through and let me know what is going on with the order.

You should get the confirmation once the order has been shipped, given its was done over the holiday season it could explain the delay.
