Hi,
I cancelled FIDO account. I had some extra fees, so I received final bill with 71.25 balance. How can I pay this balance? If I click on pay now and enter amount 71,25 then shows: The amount you’ve entered is higher than the amount due. In pay now is balance 0.
Thank you for your help.
Hi @kacka31
Welcome to the Community! You'll see the actual balance owed when you log in on fido.ca under Account Balance.
If it shows $0, then there is nothing owing on your account.
Hope that helps!
Thank you for your answer.
I´m little bit worried why i received e-mail: Your final Fido bill is now available. Your bill total 71.25 - make a payment. But when I go to my account there is account balance 0, but below that is written: My final bill-Dec 08 - 71.25$. Should I make a payment and overwrite the amount 0 to 71.25? I don´t want to have any problems in the future.
Thank you very much for your prompt aswer.
@kacka31 If your balance due shows $0, that means that you don't have anything owing right now
