I terminated my phone service on 10 Jan 2017 and I received my last bill for the phone service on 14 Jan. But in my Fido web account, the balance is still $0 and seems not yet refreshed. The required payment date (3 Jan 2017) is still for the previous billing cycle. The required payment date of the bill I have to pay now should be 5 Feb 2017. I don't know how I can pay the bill.
