Very disappointed, and frustrated, that this option has been removed from the latest site redsign. And without any communication of such.
I always pay my bill with this method on the due date which happens to be today. So, Fido is likely to receive payment a few days late now as I was forced to make it through my bank. If I receive any communication from Fido concerning a late payment, my business will be going elsewhere.
On a related note, the new site design suffers from poor performance and poor usability.
