Paying with debit?

How can I pay the bill with my debit card (Interact)? When can you fix this problem?

From Fido.com, actually I can pay the bill with debit before the transformation of the website.

Very disappointed, and frustrated, that this option has been removed from the latest site redsign. And without any communication of such.

 

I always pay my bill with this method on the due date which happens to be today. So, Fido is likely to receive payment a few days late now as I was forced to make it through my bank. If I receive any communication from Fido concerning a late payment, my business will be going elsewhere.

 

On a related note, the new site design suffers from poor performance and poor usability.

I think that's a little overboard. I pay through my Banking on the Internet and have had  no problems. Fido has always kept well informed of my billing date and any upcoming changes.
