I had cancelled my fido plan in december 1 and fido emailed me today (January 26) to make me pay fee that I had not paid for december (which was 54.13 CAD). I had completed payment just few hours ago and i even received email that I had completed transaction. However, I still see that I still have to pay 54.13 CAD for January 6th payment in my account history. What is this? I refreshed my page over and over but it still showed the same result.
@Desperatepay how did you make the payment by credit card or through your bank? It could take sometime before the payments go through depending on the payment method and before it updates on Fido's end.
