I already cancelled my Fido phone plan but I still have to pay my final bill - it says please pay immediately. However, the account balance shows 0.00 so there is no option to pay my final bill online.

Depending if you were on prepaid or postpaid plan and, depending on your billing cycle and when you cancelled your account the system update on final.bill can take a few weeks. you best calling Fido so insure the final amount is correct. As for payment I don't know how you usually pay usually you can pay the amount even if.the system says 0$ Then it would.go minus and readjust itself. Of course you would want to speak with a Fido representative to insure confirmation of current final due to not over pay. Good luck with everything!
