When paying online for my prepaid plan, the process was interupted with a screen telling me: oops, technical difficulties, etc. Then charged me twice. Can you please reimburse?

Did you get a chance to double-check with your financial institution if the refund was not already completed automatically?
Were you paying using a Credit Card or Interac?
