Hi, I feel your password recovery option is faulty because if someone else gets another person's phone they can use the password recovery to send temporary password to that phone and can log into the site to see their personal info or mess around with the settings.

 

I would like an option to have password reset information sent to our emails instead.

Although this thread is quite old, I'd like to add a little update since I came across it .

 

 

If you want to take extra steps to protect your Fido my account information please put a PIN code on your phone. With a Pin code on your phone others will most likely not be able to access your phone to request a password recovery for your my account on Fido.ca, if you were to unfortunately loose your phone or get it stolen.

 

PS: Use a code that is easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.: smileyhappy:
