You should be able to change your address and postal code through My Account on Fido.ca.
Simply click on "Profile and Settings" after you log in and then click on the pencil next to "Billing Address".

The system is asking you for the 3 digits of your postal code, not the first 3 characters.
Let's assume your postal code is J7W 1H6
You would then enter "7 1 6" at the prompt.
