Been trying since three days to speak to customer service and change the Fido plan for the two lines under my name.


I have been a customer since 2014, and want to switch to the $60 for 10GB plan since I dont get my money's worth right now.


Its unfair that FIDO doesnt give this offer to current customers, and despite trying so many times through various mediums (twitter, customer service, phone lines, kiosk, in person, live chat) but have yet to speak to a real person who can do this for me. I was told at the FIDO kiosk that only customer service at 611 can help.


very disappointing.

did not expect this from FIDO.
