Ive been with fido for 10 years and ive never ever seen a device delay in ordering unless it was a reseveration pre order.
I followed up a couple of days later via chat i it was confirmed that the order was placed. Immediately after that I got a courtesy email indicating that it was in progress and that I would receive an email when it left from the Fido warehouse.
If the unit is back ordered or not in stock I would have selected a different colour. Just tyring to find out when I can expect the IPAD to be shipped.
