It looks like I was hit with the famous account pending - "order stuck" issue when I signed up for Fido Home Internet. I was bounced between technical support and customer service with no luck. I spent over 2hrs talking to different people. And now they tell me I have to wait at least 10 days to see if they can resolve the issue - nobody knows how to fix it. They flat out told me to go to the store and sign up again which is absolutely not acceptable for me.
I want to know if someone is willing to fix that or I have to cut my loses and find another ISP? Why is Fido not willing to fix their system? Why CS do not know what to do?
I can provide my account number and Interaction ID if someone is willing to help...
