Since online number changes are unavailable, will Fido waive the ridiculous $35 charge to do it over the phone?
Still does not work for me online. I will call Fido and hopefully they agree to waive the fee...

What happens when you try to change the phone number online. Do you see the option or does the option not show at all? Any error messages?

This is the same message I've been getting the past 4 days when i attempt online.
Have you tried the following:
1) Clear cache & cookies?
2) Try a different browser?

I did try those steps and still no luck.
I'd really like the change to occur today, so I am about to call Fido. I hope they will waive the fee....
Number change done over the phone, Fido will waive the fee.
