Online number change not working

Hi there - the online phone number change isn't working it's giving me an error message and says to try again later. I've been trying it all afternoon! I Need to change my phone number to a Nova Scotia one because I've moved - any advice? I heard it's free if you do it online

What's the error rmessage that comes up?

Have you tried completing the change using a different browser?

You can also try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies.

Hi there it says "there has been an error please try again later" this is when I'm on the fido page, after I've selected a new # and when I click change number. I've tried with both internet explorer and safari from two different computers neither work 😫

Update: Just tried calling 611 because this is taking way too long and was cut off twice! (connection issue? They hung up? Seriously twice?!?) Can someone please make this change for me?
