I can't refill my account using my credit card online. Each time I try, a message pops up saying, "Oops, that's not working." The message pops up below my phone number, as if to say my phone number isn't working. Which is odd because that is my phone's number, and my phone has service at the moment.
The problem is not the credit card, which I have already used successfully today.
Anyone know what the problem is here?

Can you try using a different browser to see if that helps. It's also important to make sure that the name of the credit card matches the one on your prepaid account.
