First off I gotta say the upgrade to the website is completely messed up. I don't like it at all.
Last year I paid my bill 6 months in advance. This year I have tried to do that and it won't let me. I click on the pay now box and in the Payment Amount box I change the amount I wanted to pay and I got a message in red cyber ink saying, This is more than the amount due.
Why can I not pay my bill a couple months in advance anymore?
Hello @SWR although the messaging may seem as though the transaction is blocked, you can actually continue with your overpayment. This message is meant as a warning to ensure you know you are overpaying - it doesn't actually prevent you from submitting the payment request. I hope this helps!
