Number porting

I recently transferred over from telus to Fido and requested to have my number ported. It has been over 48hrs since and my number still hasn’t been ported. I talked to a Fido representative this morning and they reassured me that the porting process was still “pending” when they looked into it, but when I contacted telus just now they stated the porting was completed successfully on their end on dec 22 and that my account with them automatically deactivated at that point.  Can someone please look into this? I’ve tried msging via twitter but responses are extremely delayed and I’d like to get this sorted ASAP.
