I just signed up with Fido and request to port my old phone number. I was told it would generally take 2.3 hours to complete the porting, but it has been more than 4. hours since then.Ihaven't got any Tex telling me that porting is done. Should I just wait or where can I get help?
I'm having the same problem. Assuming its due to the pouring of new accounts that Fido just obtained. will probably have to wait a while before it gets done... Hopefully tmr. \
Ok. It only took my friend 10 minutes to complete the porting early today , so I am just wondering what is going on with mine. I just called 611 to check the status of porting, saying it is still in process.
Hopefully, it will get done by tomorrow.
