Now pay per use?

I'm on the 5g $15 plan and got this text. What does it mean?
I can't call and I don't see any help visiting the website.

Hi, it's Fido: You don't have enough in your account to cover your $25 /month Prepaid plan. You're now on pay-per-use. Call *611 or visit fido.ca/myaccount

The message you received means that you don't have enough of a balance to pay for your $25 plan. This means that you will need to add a voucher or a credit card payment to your account. Once your plan is paid, you'll be able to place calls.

 

Also, we don't have a $15 5GB plan. You can check the details of what's included in your $25 plan in your fido.ca My Account. You can also see our available plans here

Sorry I looked it up. It's $15 tablet plan for 3gb and there is no account balance to take it from, fido sends me a bill and I pay it by credit card.
