Note 8 Availability

I dont understand the note 8 thing.  Fido is not an unrate carrier.  I have waited for this phone three or more years.  Closest I got was ladt year when I got my seven and that was no easy feat.  Then they cut the power.  I regret so much sending it back.  It worked perfectly but in gbe end I gad to sen it back so samsung could screw me by giving me half the memory.  The other dsy I hears samsung would be giving a break to the osners of the note 7's by giving you a big discount if you trade in your phone.  Guess what? My note 4 is not on tbe list.  I cant win.  All my points are at fido.  I cant afford 12 or 1300$.  I was ready to jump ship.  So I called around to all the carriers competing byt guess what?  I couldnt find one rep with any company that seemed to have a heart beat.  It left me thing, where do these companies find their workers.  Sho tge hell is hiring?  Who's doing the training?  Do they even know what customer service even is?  Obviously not.  So I thought maybe I should bite the bullet and get the S8+.  At least I can deal with nice people.  But in the last couple days of tweeting I'm just getting more upset.  I forgot to say, a few days ago fido told me they had changed their mind and were offering the 8.  I was exstatic.  Call in 48 hours they said and we can start taking orders.  48 hours almost to the minute I call.  Guess what?  No one knows anything about it.  I just about died.  That started this last long tweet with fido.  They wont give you a number or anything else to call so we can do some serious complaining.  I have to ask myself, how far can nice staff go?  Im almost had my fill.  I dont want an 8.  I want the note 8.  I have been with Fido for a very long time.  Paid my bills and its no dmall bill.  I think I deserve my phone.  More importantly I dont think Fido really gives a ****.  I thought they did because ususlly there is something going on behind nice people but I think I have been ruked.  

 

I k ow its stupid to think that any company really cares about its customers.  Its really just about the sl.ighty  buck.  If anyone had a chance to destroy that thought, Fido was the one to do it.  

 

I live on my phone.  My phone is my life.  Well. Not really as I'm not nearly as bad as some other people but what Im trying to say is that it is an important tool.  What has go be so difficult to offer up a phone that so many people want.  A nice company like Fido smiling, looking at you and saying "take this and shove it " and make sure you smile while you're doing it.  

I asked "If we get the 8+ and Fido changes their mind can we turn it back in for the 8?"  Sure they daid.  Just fon't put more than 30 minutes on it.

I definitely hate to hear that you feel stupid to think we care. We absolutely do care about our customers and what they think! I'm sorry to hear that your latest experience with us has led you to feel this way Sad .  

 

I'd like to confirm that we are not carrying the Note 8 for now, there's no news on whether we'll be carrying it at some point. As of returning any device, it has to be done within the first 15 days and used for less than 30 minutes of talk time. I understand that this can seem unfair however this policy is in place to guarantee a smoothless return/exchange process.

I'd like to confirm that we are not carrying the Note 8 for now, there's no news on whether we'll be carrying it at some point.
