Not receiving emails for notification of monthly bill, this has been broken for a while.
Didn't get notification for last month and missed my bill payment date.....Fido! Please hire solid group of UX and developers to take care of us......Service is everything - as we see it with Uber!
Was this solved for anyone? Why not post a solution here where it is useful to more people rather than sending a PM?

Different factor can play a role in not receiving the bill notification. It could be because the e-mail was changed or that the e-mail went to the junk folder. As the issue is account specific, we need to access the account to check out what's going on. The billing notification should normally be available 6 days after your billing cycle. If you didn't receive it, let us know so we can send you a PM.
I have had the same problem. I have not received my emailed bill notification for the last two months (Oct 2015 & Nov 2015).
I have not had any changes to my email or Fido services for over a year (except for changing my online password) and they were not sent to my spam/junk folder. I have regularly received them for years so I am not sure why I haven't received them now.
I've also stopped receiving notifications starting in October 2015. Not in my spam and no changes to profile or email. Not sure what is going on here and I depend on the notification to remind me my bill is ready.
Same is happening to me. I haven't received them for November on. I also rely on these.
