When was the last time you received a bill notification? Can you make sure we have the right email address on the account? You can check that on My Account on Fido.ca.
I had a new number and hardware upgrade saet up in February I beleive and never got any notifications. I've spoken to someone at Fido and it shoul dbe fixed now. My email was corrcect right from the start. Thanks
