Not getting my bills anymore

I used to get my bill emailed to me monthly and for the last few months I haven't gotten any kind of notification that my bill is due and how much it is.  I've checked my junk mail and spam folders and nothing.

That's odd. You shouldn't have trouble getting your notifications.

 

I'm guessing that you are still using the same valid email address.

 

When did you stop getting the notifications exactly?

 

Did you get a chance to check your junk mail to see if you received anything there?

I stopped getting my bills sometime around January and I have checked my junk mail--they aren't there either.  Not sure what's going on.

If that's the case, I will need to check that out with you.
